Health Regen

Ok so I guess some of you know the insane health regen rate at lvl 10. But does anyone know how to calculate the health rate at a certain lvl? Are you regaining health by %, or by base stamina?

If it is by % a fully stamina'ed troll warr would be neat

So did some testing on my worgen druid. He regained ~13.5% of his HP every 2nd sec. It didn't matter if he had gear on or not. Therefor troll's must gain 110% of ~13.5% = 14.85% every 2nd sec when out of combat and 1.485% when in combat.
If a troll had 4.5k in lets say bear form as druid, he would gain 67hp every 2 seconds.

Is this worth taking over taurens 5% bonus stamina, or all the other race perks?
