Rogues - EF procs on throws.

Just one hit someone in a duel with a throwing knife because EF procced on it. Just thought I'd encase this isn't general knowledge. I'm definitely going to start throwing more.

Update - It seems to count as both weapons. Just had a double proc off of one knife.
