how to get the 24 stam enchant on gloves?

ive read around and still really dont understand how to get the 24 leather armor enchant on gloves. can anyone shed some light for me please!

i think youd have to have a level 70+ apply them to an unsoulbound pair of gloves for you.

Glove reinforcements onto BoE gloves.

You need a lvl 60+ to attach the Glove Reinforcement to some unbound gloves, then send them to your twink

Nop Armor kits doesn't bind items unless the tooltip says so
