cloth stam gloves and bracers?

looking to start a 24 stam mage, ment for pure cc and control. and im having trouble finding the proper gloves and bracers, are they greens is there a quest im not seeing things like that any help or tips or armorys welcome!

and does anyone know how to get the 24 stam to glove lw enchant on items?

You aren't going to be pulling your weight if you aren't doing dps as a dps spec'd 24.

There's a 6 stam bracer I have a pair and as for gloves6 stam gloves are easy to get. Look for them I forget what they called tho
