5.4 and Head enchants

I'm quite curious about how the various GF'd head enchantments are working with 5.4.
I discovered a long forgotten mail heirloom with Arcanum of Ferocity (originally 34 ap, 16 hit), and it's giving 26 ap and 12 hit from 1-60.
So, anyone else with info on this?

+20 resist chants give +20 resist, +10 resist (shadow/frost) ones still work (as they did before, the shoulder ones still don't work fyi), And as Oliks pointed out all +8 haste/sp/int etc etc are back to what they where.
