Just got this set pretty much together last night:

Scrùb @ Draenor - Community - World of Warcraft

Got +38 arcane/fire SP on wep to switch when torrent procs
Getting 12 pvp power to cloak aswell.
Got dual agm and pretty most non gf'd gear (some cloaks with resist chant though)

Power torrent proc + 30sp weapon gets me to 360sp atm for ~2,5k shatters, in case anyone is interested

What do you think? Any changes that should be made aside from what I mentioned? Please fill me in if you know better enchants, I'm not 100% sure about mine.

Also what do you think about Sunfire vs Power torrent? Sunfire is 38 arcane/fire sp all the time, power torrent is only 12sec 75int proc (33% procrate and 45icd I think). Switch 'em around or only use sunfire?

Yup probably, that's why I mentioned I got dual agm too which I can equip in burst-heavy games, boosting my hp to around 1900

Yup thinking of getting aldors cus of the SP, and for the ap for others chars :d just couldn't bother grinding rep...

Yup I am 1 hit rating over hit cap, can't take that 1 rating off but it doesn't really matter does it?

No it clearly matters! Surely there has to be a way for you to get that -1 hit off to optimize your gear better....

or something along those lines is what an elitist would say :3 Doesn't really matter... to me~ :3
