Best enchants for most dps for lvl 1 rouges

okay i have taken some tests and i have come to a conclusion.
I will list the enchants that will fit best to get the most amount of dps possibe ( with expertise and almost hit cap)
hands: 11 hit http://www.wowhead.com/item=38932
Legs: 41 attack power and 17 critical strike Scorched Leg Armor - Item - World of Warcraft
boots: 8 critical strike and hit http://www.wowhead.com/item=38910
weapons: Double Elemental force Enchant Weapon - Elemental Force - Item - World of Warcraft
bracer: 8 expertise Enchant Bracer - Greater Expertise - Item - World of Warcraft
Chest: 4 all stats Enchant Chest - Powerful Stats - Item - World of Warcraft
Cloak: 9 haste http://www.wowhead.com/item=39003
Shoulders: 22 attack power and 8 critical strike Greater Inscription of Vengeance - Item - World of Warcraft

and that was it. The reason for the haste stacking is because of Elemental Force is because of it insane amount of RPPM which is 10 and on duel wield it will ofc be 20 RPPM (Thanks to Boud for telling me ) and the more haste you have the more attacks you do per sec and the more attacks you do the more Elemental force will proc. Idk if people has come up with a better stat stacking, but this is the best one ive found so far. Please write in the comment section if you have found a better stat to stack instead of haste. Srsly test this setup out its insane!

Hey shorty, sorry to inform you but its not the best dps gear.
You said thi set has almost hit cap but... Where is it?
Considering you only have 2 hit from boas and you have no hit enchants whatsoever, you'll miss more than %45 of EF procs.

I did not test a gear without any hit rating like yours here, but I'm certain it'll have lower dps against level 10+ mobs and players.

To sum up: Get some hit rating, its the backbone of our dps.
