Ill start clockwise- hotshots, girdle of nobility, blackfathom leggings with leg armor 24, boot enchant 7 stamina, 2 intell rings from gnomer, u need to be wearing 2 int trinkets ( u should be human also) , off hand witch finger, overalls with +4. ( +5 to all res cloak or at least 70 to armor if u don't have gf enchant or pvp cloak with 16 pvp power enchant ), overlords neck, 18 int head from eng.

professions - alchemy & engineering

race - human > worgen ( human for Spriest, worgen for disc)

i don't rate anymore, I know you asked for no faction change items but oh well.
