I'm at work right now so I can't pull up any screenshots (nor am I currently specced prot) but I can tell you I reach about 2.4k unbuffed as holy in the set you'll see on my armory, closer to 2.6k in a full stam set. If I recall I was at about 3.3k as a full stam prot after MOP scaling hit. With priest and food buffs I was inching towards 4k. This is without the use of any cloth/leather pieces (with the exception of MM and LFH). I think I've mentioned before that at these levels I out-stam 95% of the bracket (including 24s), commonly being mistaken for a 24 myself.

If I recall however, absolute maximum stam possible was actually on a Blood Elf, as the Tauren racial adds 9 health points at level 20, whereas Blood Elves have access to the +1 stamina shield enchant for 10 extra health points. Not sure what scaling to 24 does for the Tauren racial now though.

you could get more in cata, simply because two mobs used to cast 810 and 640 fortitude(respectively)which stacked with regular fort. Now its normalized to 10% hp and simply overrides other fortitude.

F2p prot stacking some stamina (like cloak/bracers) but rest intellect had 3k hp with just whiskey/5 stam scroll/Crystal of vitality/standard

Now , without a doubt 4k hp with minimal buffs like standard/new resi trinket shouldn't be too hard

I have no proof but 1050 Prayer of Fortitude +810+640 +3k is more than 1050+10%(actual fort now) +4k hp we have now.
