Elemental Force can proc off of the "Throw" ability that rogues (and warriors) can spam. This test was done on my level 10 rogue.

Here are my results for "Throw" spamming procs:

Procs Per Minute: 31.03

Average Proc Damage: 204 (my rogue has 100% crit; apparently that affects Elemental Force procs too!)

Average DPS from Ranged Procs: 105.5

Average DPS Ranged: 151.5

While this enchant may not be the best for a level 10 rogue such as myself, I'm sure for the 1-9 bracket this is probably the best enchant. Rogues and warriors now can do some good ranged damage ^_^

He's Unsanity in my sig, some alterations were made to him on the ptr however.

On the ptr he has 7 crit to back, 7 agility to bracers, Living Force to both MH and OH, and 5 agi and minor speed increase to boots.

It looks like its safe from the upcoming RPPM nerfs as it falls into the first category Lore references.

Also with the new 120 sec since last proc change, it should be guaranteed to proc on the first hit

Well chubs I don't think rogues will be kiting reallistically I think it would be the shammys that stack tons of haste that will be kiting and moreover more OP in duels then before.. BOO
