This opens new doors for achievement hunting twinks. You are able to get your reputation with many Pandarian factions to Exalted. Note, it will take a while, but it's definitely possible.
If you kill Zandalari Warbringers in Pandaria you are rewarded reputation tokens. These tokens give you reputation with certain factions. You can then mail these to your alt, or twink, and gain Exalted status with your twink.
If you are a new twink, you could mail yourself 1 of these tokens to "learn the faction" and then use the bonus rep (by starring the reputation in your reputation tab) when you go into dungeons to gear yourself up. However, since this method applies to P2Ps, you most likely have BoAs anyways.
But remember, you can farm the Zandalari Warbringers, have a chance at several mounts (same model, diff colors), perhaps get a Bloadsoaked Invitation, and get bags of herbs. Btw, these aren't soloable for all classes, so bring a group! But you can use multiple tokens, so if you send 10 tokens to your twink, you can use all 10.
Not sure if everyone knew about these, but to be honest I thought it would have required at least level 85 to use the tokens, so I was surprised. Hopefully this helps!
