20/21 max agi belt

Currently the max agility belt for 20 rogues is Blackened Defias Belt - Item - World of Warcraft (8 agi 5 stam) but I was wondering if Ruffian Belt - Item - World of Warcraft could possibly give more agility. Blackened Defias Belt gives 7 agi 5 stam at 21 sadly, but there is Daltry's Belt - Item - World of Warcraft as an option for 21 rogues. It would be awesome if anyone could test these 2 belts out (I cant because my 21 isnt alliance and I dont have the GFed belt)
