What class and spec should I be?

I would like to make a f2p twink because it seems in 20-24 brackets they actually do pretty good compared to the 24s because of their scaling, so I was wondering what is a good class and spec for f2p twinking, I was thinking a holy pally would be good but I wasn't sure, I'm going for survivability and a class that does enough damage to win a fight instead of sitting there, thank you if you reply with a good class

Holy priest is a great combination of healing, survivability, CC, DPS, and balanced gameplay. Between flash heal, bubble, inner fire, holy fire, smite, chastise, fear, and talent options, you really have a wide array of abilities and can contribute in any situation in a number of ways without filling BGs with more FOTM rerolls.

Eh all my other twinks end up being a rogue, my level 1 and 19s are rogues, my lvl 10 is a ele shammy so meh it's not that fun i wanted to try a healer, pally is 10 already so imma work on that and maybe a priest.
