But to OP, do you mean the actual high level Mogs on 24s? or do you just mean normal Mog on 20-24s, MogIt the addon might help you.
Personally I just collect up a ton of gear and tabards and make sets work based on how I feel at the time.

For people wanting higher level transmogs!!!
You have to run an instance that drops a blue BOP item with someone CROSS server....they can then take that item and transmog it into an item from a quest that has no level requirement and return to the instance within the 2hr period and trade the item straight from their character back to you without putting it in their bags it will keep the mog...yes it does work I did it on my hunter not long ago...
You have to be cross server
It has to be a BOP blue dungeon drop
You must mog it into an item with no level requirement (most quest rewards)

Not a secret it can be googled and figured out like I did but that being said I am asked multiple times a night when BGing how I got my bow mog so just thought id share.
