I know that I do need a signet of argas to switch out the blood ring, and I know I also need 15 agil on my hands. Any other thoughts?

Just from a quick glance, you need seal of argas and ellos band rings, stachel bandit cape (with stealth enchant) and belt , foreman gloves and stained shadowcraft shoulders.

AND 225 first aid

7/10 make the changes above and 10/10 in my books (minus faction changing and duel fang)

I'd farm them, they aren't too bad of a grind.

You can use realm hopping with DKs for foremans.

Foremans can go for 1000-4000 gold but i recommend farming them

Most people here are pretty clueless. Foremans aren't bis after gouge was removed, go with fangs, ellos band doesnt give him anything more then -6 AP and some -crit, stick with prospector argas as you get your hitcap from chest + head, get SFK shoulder or if you faction change, you shoul.d use azure scale, ellos and or double argas, Shadowcraft shoulders and azure scale. Púmp @ Draenor - Community - World of Warcraft thats as bis u can get wihtout gloomshroud imo. and if double SF isnt an option, use pyrium in OH which then renders the Shadowcraft shoulders useless compared to SFK shoulders.
