15, 16 or 19 fire mage

So with the new enchant scaling comming up we'll get a considerable amount of crit enchants, so im wondering what level would be the best to stack crit on? highest possible crit chance with currently obtainable gear.

If anyone can help me out with this, thank you very much!

16 will always provide highest crit chance but arcane explosion is very important no matter what spec and you lose alot of hp going for a crit-built 16 but you will no matter what be able to reach higher crit on one, just vastly lower hp and probably a bit lower damage output than 19.

Only interested in crits for hot streak, just for the hell of it

I would put the damage in question, since more crits with scorch is a considerable higher damage when you crit more, more pyros and more crits with pyros, But yeah, I just like spamming instant pyros.

I think 19 also, more health gives you more time to do damage, just my 2 cents.

Maybe I'm misreading, but it sounds like he already knows what he wants to do.

OP, you could also just theorycraft on your own and make use of CharDev. Should give you all the answers you want.
