Looks solid to me. On my hunter I use swift hand of justice instead of tyranny when agm is on cooldown but I'll have to experiment with that at some point. RoP vs Ello doesn't probably make enough difference to warrant a farm but if you already have it I prefer the extra agility. Otherwise, bis as far as I can tell. I did see alchemy is only at lvl 1 though. No minor agility or swiftness recipes yet?

The transmog looks really cool. The bard stuff seems to be the most popular these days but I like what you did with the pants and tabard to compliment the set. The bow choice was also a good idea imo.

Kinda strange set:
1) if you go agi stack, change pants for hogger or DM (11 and 10agi), bow for naga, cloack for lizard scale (7agi)
2) if you go crit stack, change bracers for wolf bracers (4crit), change pants for DM/BFD pants (4 and 8 crit), bow for PVP gun (11crit), ello's band for dread pirate ring
3) if you go balanced set without bumping damage, change foremans for naga gloves, mark of tyrany for AGM
In case of full DD set change 1 or 2 trinkets for swift hand ones.

Futhermore you need ring of precision, feet of lynx, swift pot recipe, minor agi recipe.

Mog is one of standart versions (Scouting, Bard, Feral, Bandit, so on), looks nice, try to test different shirts to complete the mog.
