For pre-loom you're pretty good so far. You still need:
Maybe Baron's Scepter, since you aren't hit capped.
Foreman's Trousers
Your neck (obviously) which can come from either pvp or JC
Band of Argas instead of one of your rings (depending on what you're prioritizing, hp or damage)
Also probably Demon Band
LFH
Stam/Str enchant on your bracers (again, depending on what you're prioritizing)
and then you're BiS before your heirlooms.

I have Cobran's Grasp and Drakewing Bands in bag, to use when i wanna dps some nasty 24s.
It can be all right for fcing. Generally holy is better for solo fcing and a prot war is better when you have a dedicated healer. You might want to have two sets of heirlooms one for fcingand one for dpsWhen i can't decide which loom to buy, i go for the looks.
But now i'm not sure if the pve tanking looms are the right choice? I love to fc, but as a protpala i feel more usefull when killing efc.
Is a prot spec'ed pala a good choice for fc?
