mhm it was a pop day and then ally rq at TL for gy farming and then TL got mad and stopped queueing and the pops disapeared and i wasted 15 euros and got threatened that a guy tht borrowed the acc would delete all the gfd shit on my chars

cuz chants will pretty much change twinking, plus a number of balance changes. Hunts bk to cata op status once again!
 
I agree that the new enchant system might cause poeple to take a look at the bracket again, but I don't think it was the class imbalance that caused the bracket to die out in the first place

sorta funny when twinking starts to get slow people say it's because a new patch released and everyone is on their mains.

yes this new patch inc will offer new enchants for twinks, but i doubt it will keep players off their mains who need to grind new content for carrot on a stick epics, etc

i agree balance is no longer a issue in 19's (not saying balance isn't a issue), because with BOA's creating a new FOTM or viable twink is virtually instant compared to years ago.
