Monks and weapon damage.

Im looking for a list of WW monk spells that count as "melee weapon damage" as Frost oil only procs from melee weapon damage.

This might be a completely stupid question, but have had no luck finding this out anywhere online. tool tips in game weren't any use either.

frost oil reqs a 35+ ilvl item no - wat wep can a monk use to proc dat

i posted this in the 15-19 as i would avoid any retarded reply by posting in 20-24, this is for my 21 monk and frost oil requires level 30 wep, i.e outlaw sabre

So does that mean that ww attack damage is based on weapon damage (i.e. damage range) and not just weapon dps? So a slower, heavier hitting weapon could hit for more than a faster weapon with the same dps and stats?
