Dropped from a mob, was either one of the ogres or one of the goblins.

It's as always: It drops when I'm on my rogue, but never on my druid...
Are these purchasable for f2ps horde side? On my p2p alt i bought it off the alch vendor in org ( only lvl 14). ( the recipe itself not the potions)

Are you certain it wasn't Free Action Potion recipe you bought? The alchemy supplier on Org only sells that and Elixir of Superior Defense.
