I guess you are horde, swim to rutheran village, use pots or youll fatique. Then take the ship to bloodmyst, mobs on the boat are not that hostile.

It's an illegal drug. It makes your character go fast but if caught you'll be banned and put in WoW jail.

Go to Darkshore, get to the outline of rutheran village fatigue zone without getting fatigue, swim towards teldrassil, you will then die. ghost run back and then release as close to the harbor as possible and then swim the last way. take the boat that is the most far away from where u are now and tada. you are now outside exodar.

Swin to stormwind city. Use the southermost boat at the harbour of stormwind city to Darnassus (You will die one time, because the guards will kill you. Rezz directly on the boat). Change to the other boat to the Exodar there.
