I feel like the consensus ill still be that no one is going to be sure until the patch comes out, unfortunately.

I doubt Blizzard think this far ahead and will remove it due to Garrosh no longer being the warchief, they still have NPC's saying Thrawl is the warchief.

With scaling it's worse than Stillwater's and Argas for pretty much everyone, so not a huge deal even if it does get removed.

Tbh I'd be a little surprised if they didn't just send that quest to a different npc in 6.0, since it'd be gutting the end of a rather long ashenvale questline otherwise.
