Burgy Blackheart's Handsome Hat without actual buff

So i was fishing in dalaran the other day and came across Underbelly Elixir - Item - World of Warcraft.
It seems that if u use it while having your Burgy Blackheart's Handsome Hat - Item - World of Warcraft and wait 10 min untill elixir gone, blackhearts visual buff (the gost gnome) wont return until u re-equip hat.
as result u can enjoy the actual look of handsome hat.

Don't know if someone know this, but sure worth sharing since this is the only "buggy" way to see the actuall hat. at least as far as i know.

The look:

1. Be a druid
2. Equip the hat
3. Shapeshift
4. ??
5. Profit!

Also works with Savory Deviate Delight. And best solution for permanent hat-ness is simply breaking the thing.
