Only Lifeblood rank 6 has a cast time on the PTR. 19s get Lifeblood rank 4 which is instant and gives 94 haste.

is Lifeblood still making wep enchants proc though? Last I checked it was. 3 sec cast or not.. cast it and go to town if it procs your enchants.

Personally, I think any class should be using Life Blood. The haste is obviously huge, and the minor heal is just a smaller addition to the already amazing haste aspect.

And it seems LB haste get's scaled too or wat?... rank 6 LB gives like 2k haste atm, and 104 in that pic
