Probably the reason why lifeblood has a cast time for it's healing part, though a cast time that long for such low healing ain't worth it. At this point if this goes live will herb have to be dropped? for bis?

It didnt have a cast time last time i checked, and the haste wasnt 108 but 95 or something. but thats a few weeks ago

I'd probably still keep it on my feral. Seems like for other stealth classes/specs could be useful but much less so. For non-stealth classes seems like something else would be better.

Usefulness for dps probably something like feral > rogue > boomkin > other ranged classes > other melee

Usefulness for healers now is way down I would guess - if you need to pop haste in a tight situation you don't have time to cast it.

Can it be interrupted and how long is the CD? And does it screw up other nature spells? such as druid healing
