Might be after 90 agi Mongoose Proc, then quick switch to ranged, maybe?

If he specs bm he could pull off a melee hunter. Wolf for the crit bonus, stack hit to miss autoattacks less, just dance around the keyboard turners. With kill command (or a 24 pet in general) you could solo many non healer players easily. Do it for real man!
