Level 85 Sub Rogue Profs?

I have a level 85 sub rogue twink that is BiS (or close) and just need to do professions now. Engineering is set for one of them, but my secondary choice is between Herb and Alchemy. I am centering around my burst for 2s, so that's why I am considering herb for the 3k haste. The alchemy trinket is obviously extremely OP, but it's not casted and is a proc so it wouldn't be a guarantee to proc during burst. Any help or suggestions?

You're missing a few BoE's and DS HC pieces before you are BiS. Also, the Alchemy trinket will always proc on the first attack you do. So it will always proc on your burst. Do note that it has on ICD, so after your first burst you'll have to wait a bit before it procs again. Also note that Herbalism is getting nerfed in 5.4 so Alchemy is also a much more safer bet.
 
Why are you having double Mantid Sky Reaver as Sublety rogue? Personally I like Backstab more than hemorrhage? Just a question.

Also Whatgoesup, which DS HC Pieces are you speaking of?

oh sorry, im new to the 85 bracket, that's why I am asking... hope you dont mind. Are you rogue fully BIS? or?
 
Whatgoesup, could you tell me what BOEs I'm missing? If you're talking about the 417 BOE ring, I'm not using that to go for the mastery build. I also just finished leveling alchemy, so I now have the Alch trinket
