For the gear you don't see on this guy, I have 2 AGMS, Bracers of most Trusted, Foreman Leggings, Stendel's Wedding Ring, Silverlaine Ring, and all Boas

Clearly you are going for damage.

My suggestions:

Brilliant Necklace (Agi Does nothing)

IF you are going to use Foolhardy over Bracers of the Most Trusted I would put the 1 strength enchant on rather than the one stamina (put stamina on the most trusted)

Other than that the gloves are a toss up , the ones you have re nice and a very safe bet, possibly use Wild Riders or Foremans if you want to play 'fast and loose'.

For professions skinning would be fine, then once you are done switch out Enchanting for Herbalism. (which you probably already know)
