Has anybody bought gold before?

I see so many ads for all of these gold selling websites, But are any of these actually legit? (I'm not interested in buying, Just curious)

Yes, they are legit. They will sell to you as advertised, usually takes a bit longer to actually receive your gold.

However, I don't recommend giving them your email address associated with your Bnet account OR the name of a real character.

Make a level 1 to receive gold on and make up a new email if you need to.

I have had the best luck with mmoprotector.com whenever I was in a pinch for gold in the past. They were always quick and I typically got gold within the hour of the order.

Outside of them, I used gameusd.com back when their prices weren't terrible (1-2 years ago).

I would recommend not using websites and look for a private seller, checkout ownedcore for example.. (It's a lot cheaper - just find some1 with a bit of rep if you're insecure)

Most are legit but as Oliks said it would be best to find a private seller. Most of these websites are legit business' and from my experience treat there customers with respect. Its the less popular ones you want to watch out for in my opinion.

how? the gold is already out there; people are constantly farming and selling (and not all are bots) so why hate on people who dont have the time (or desire) to farm gold and decide to buy it. time is money afterall, and it may be better to spend some cash for a large amount of gold vs farming and doing dailies for hours on end

or head over to wowtcgloot.com and purchase camels/corruped and resell ingame, makes a shitload of profit compared to the goldsites, however sometimes if you're not on a populated server, tcg mounts wouldn't be the ideal thing to buy and resell
