Expertise and Hit on a 70 rogue?

The only expertise i have on my gear is through reforging Gnomish lightning thingy, i was wondering how important hit and expertise is on a 70 rogue? I know at max level you should have 3.5% but i have no idea on a 70, and also what are some items that would bring me up to said amount?

I miss my kidney a lot so it seems like it's not something you should ignore.

just be behind your target when you kidney and its fine. i would go all out agility if i was a rogue

If you are attacking melee (str users particularly), you'd probably need to regem your entire gear to expertise just to land KS. You'll be hitcapped from gear, only thing you'd need expertise for is landing it reliably on casters.

Reforging GLG to Expertise should give you enough expertise, really only other decent expertise items are t6 boots and the belt from vashj in SSC (with 24/25 expertise respectively).
You'll have plenty of hit rating from gear, don't worry about that.

Stack agility on your gear. Your hit/exp will take care of itself through your BiS gear. Learn to use the wowhead gear finder tool.. It is VERY usefull.
