mistweaver p2p questions

Top healing every/most games,, hard to fake cast with.

Stack int/haste (looms) blackout kick can crit 700(ish) etc. good all around class, just takes time to get used too.

Dont for got 10 int/agi good buffs from monk daily quest area.

Monks aren't very good until they get Disable (no other CC), Spear Hand Strike (interrupt), Chi Wave, and Surging Mists (flash heal). Unfortunately that means 35-39 is the best bracket for MW monk.

I play one @ both 29/39, and the 29 monk is super difficult to play successfully.

Monks far as healers probably do better in the 19s bracket because in the 20-24 bracket they seem easy to kill and its sad that they mainly use a channel spell because so many people will interrupt it.
 
I've played 19s / f2p / 24s /39s/ etc. Now for 19s stacking haste is perfectly fine due how well haste affects your Eveloping mist and soothing mist ticks. I would still recomend stacking haste for 20 arenas, but for wsg, you scale up. The ideal build for mistweavers in the 24 bracket especially as a 24 is stam > int > crit >haste. As for going 20 or 24 that is solely up to you. They still get detox as a 20 and the scaling is very nice. As for 24 you get fortifying brew, miced with mark of tyrany can save you when being focused. As for the channeling / fake casting / getting kicked. As a Mist Weaver, you have to be immensely aware of your surroundings such as classes with interrupts etc. I recommend getting Interrupt bar, it lets you know when their interrupts come off of CD. With a simple /stopcast macro you can channel, stop channel, stop while Jabbing for chi which will if done correctly open room for you to enveloping mist under pressure. Hope this helps.
