Alchemist's Flask

the orange numbers are from PTR Tooltip (lvl 70 = 64 and lvl 71 = 128). But i guess thats not right.
i used the formula from Aelobin:

lvl 70 (320*3)/60 = 16
lvl 71 (320*3)/30 = 32

I only tested the formula for scaling enchants, so the Alchy flask might have something different going on

However @OP, you're missing the tbc jwc gems. They add some extra stats too.

Split stats? Like 10 intellect 10 critical .etc? In that case, I would believe so.
