Usless gms

I'm gonna break it down for you.
I have had a quest item swapped before.
I have had a heirloom swapped 14 hours after I bought it and even sent it to another character.

This has nothing to do with policies and everything to do with you being an F2P player.

Yeah I realized that after I posted this was 15-19 section not F2P.
Well anyways it's still rubbish as I know he could easily help you out.

I'd suggest farming something else in the meantime.
You could always do a faction change. I heard the quest item has a low drop rate for horde and high rate for alliance. Hope that helps!

I did read the first post and you only mentioned one ring, never two. If you weren't concentrating on an starting an argument you'd have remembered that.

Just saying...unless its in the pics, your first post doesn't say anything about having two.

Why do you blame the GM? It's not his/her fault, he/she doesn't make the rules. And i doubt he/she would risk his/her job for a ring.

I do feel for you dude, no doubt.

but like, ive never heard of anyone asking gm's to switch quest items before i came to this website...

ofocoarse everyone claims to have some story how they screwed some gm, when in reality its probably not the case.

And to be honest like theres people wanting to switch quest rewards done years ago, because now a better reward from that quest fits you're character better..

Thats not there problem really lol, It sucks that they in order to keep the game alive they need to change it drastically every so often.

From what ive seen lately 'gms' or whatever you want to call them, because at this point apparently theres different type of gms for whatever reason, have to be like guilted into making decisions. Thats makes me not even want to deal with them.

And bro honestly if i accidently chose that ring, i would of been ticketing the second the wrong ring touched my bag lol.

I did they didnt help me what so ever that what made me mad

Rofl, there's no need to whine about GMs. If they do something they have not been instructed to or do not offer in terms of service they can most likely lose their job, finding a new GM shouldn't be hard.

I doubt they'd lose their job for helping a player out. The policies can't be that strict considering a lot of people have swapped quest rewards and got items restored (before the item restoration service got invented). Some of them are just trying harder than others to abide the rules given by their employers.
