Many do not realize yet but for a little info take note that pvp power scaled will still be op and resil so watch out lol my rogue just got my eleite gear and I was going to get the enchant for myself but now ill just use it for my twink rogue lol dat agility increase should be nice.

Depends on how blizz wants to do it.. If the chants such as 15 agi or 9 stam get scaled down to out lv and become like 3 agi or 2 stam then that may very well be the end of 24s tbh. Alot of 20s already scale better to get better then 24s gear wise and without the massive buffs in chants 24s may start disappearing lol.

Although blizz could also allow higher level chants on boas and stuff which would be a huge buff to 24s even if they do get scaled.. Instead of all this theory stuff why can't people just wait til the patch comes out then form opinions since almost every patch has thrown us a major curve ball lately..?

Dude u are missing the point - yes 15 agility might get nerfed but if they get + 10 pvp power enchants they will be fuckin OP. The nerfed gigh level enchants will be the problem but guess what ima personally check this out on ptr for the sake of F2Ps

I think this sounds pretty ambitous. It took them until 5.3 to get the scaling on BoA shields fixed and out the door. My prediction is this won't make it live. Too many variables and talents and spells and specs to screw with the final numbers. If they just level scale the current enchants I will be happy (even if I lose 2of the 3 intellect on my BoA staff.) Watching crusader proc for 40 strength vs 100 is all I'm asking. 40% of 15 agility on both hands = 12. 40% of 30 spell power 12.

How can they get 10 PvP powa ? That will go down too ! And my PTR isnt working , idk WHY!
