Items to Pick up before Realm Change

I have a level 20 Alliance warlock I plan on realm changing to Horde. Can anyone please provide a list of items either BiS or unique transmog appearances I should pick up before realm changing? Anything I may need if I decide to move up to 24? Thanks ahead.
