Blizzard should NOT make a mistake, because the whole point of an F2P is that everyone is in the same boat in terms of enchants, transmogs. hierlooms, etc. Exploiting a blizzard mechanic like this won't make it fair for other players who have just made an F2P account/ weren't there when F2P's could join guilds.
I believe Kale tricked a unsuspecting GM into thinking that he was a P2P with mail problems, so that he could get the cloak/ ring/ helm/ cloak/ pant hierlooms. The GM mailed the hierlooms from a linked, expired P2P account because I think that the GM thought that the account was still active, and that Kale's character was a part of the linked P2P account.

It would be complete disaster if F2Ps could use P2P AH. On the other hand, if we could F2P only guilds (only F2Ps can be invited) or have our own F2P AH that would be super cool.

the only disaster would be if we could post stuff on the AH....i'd love to see them allow us to receive mail as well as buy stuff off of the AH.

On topic, why is still being discussed? Obviously this is something 99.9% players cannot do, so even if it was true, which i doubt, it doesnt matter for pretty much the entire f2p player base.
