Moments that made you feel like a boss?

  • I went to redridge on my mage and took on a small army of alliance. After about 10 mins there were at least 10 level 10-15 players and even a couple of nooby lvl 18s that showed up to try and kill me (they were all horribly undergeared) and we had a crazy epic battle that went back and fourth for about an hour. in the end i died too many times to count and all my gear was red but i had made about 900 honor which i thought was pretty pimp.

Anyone else got some clutch stories that they would like to share?

    Solo'ing 4 Rogues as Mage.

My nearly BiS arms warrior VS a 24 arms warrior who was BiS, and I kept critting him 700 and three-shotted him. (The 24 was GY farming us with a healer, so I managed to run off and escape. He followed me, his healer didn't. Because of this, it allowed us to stop being GY farmed and we won the game. After he followed me, he charged in with a /spit spam thinking he'd win. I crit 700 twice, he starts running off. I crit 700 again. He dies. I look at BG targets. He left the BG after he died and we won.)

I was flag carrying on my arms due to lack of FCs on our team, I get to our tunnel. I die. An awesome mage swoops in with blink and gets our flag. He makes it halfway up tunnel. I look at the addon, Capping, he won't make it. I run to my corpse and rezz (Only half health), FC dies while I rezz, so I charge one of the 7 people who were on our FC, grab flag one millisecond after it dropped, with half health due to corpse ress. Here I was, with half of my HP, in a group of 7 alliance on my on my orc arms warrior in our tunnel, and somehow I was able to cap (Died at cap.)

Felt amazing, just to charge in there and repick when the flag was already on the ground and 7 alli were ready to return it with nobody on our team in sight.

Guarding a flag in AB (alone as healer as usual).
Get attacked by 2-3 dps. Then call for support and just heal for 2-3 mins till reinforcements arive.
    Happens quite often.

Oh and once I saw a blimp!

You know, after dealing with so many abysmal PuG games, the feeling of a great game is just sensational. After sifting through days - weeks even of just absolute trash games PuG'd, I finally came across a diamond.
10 horrible Alliance players - calling them horrible just from how I saw them play - farm GY all game, my team were almost all useless also, not to be offensive, but you know how PuGs can be.
Anyway, I managed to slip a cap off on their moronic awareness after they capped one, then proceeded to kite like a mother... over Horde tunnel roof, and I can happily confirm that not a single one of their 24s knew how to manage jumps anywhere close to my level. Kept juking them off until time ran out, these games really are great, Pugging can be hell, or it can be heaven.

    Pic related.

Charging in on my feral while it was 0-0 and they were turtleing with 5 healers back in 5.1 or 5.0
i got a arms warrior to run in and distract them while i snuck up in stealth and nuked the efc with 2 minutes left in the game.

Capping 2 flags in a game the other day v 4 24 rogues and a 24 rdruid. Props to the returners that game as well, and only one of the rogues was really on me the whole game, but every time I slipped them and made it to cap was like do-a-little-dance.

Playing once every two months and still being better than 95% of the players in the bracket makes me feel good about myself
