I see it's a WiP so I assume you are working on BoAs/LFH/AGM. Right now, you're hit capped, so bonus points for that. You even have more than you need. That's usually the first thing people get wrong. Despite what it may say when you enter a BG, to actually be hit capped you need 15 hit when scaled to 24. If you go into a BG with 0 hit rating, then put on your hit gear, you'll see exactly how much hit you have. Also, it will randomly revert back to that number during the BG, so you really do need 15 to be capped.
The first thing I noticed is the neck. Is a little stam really worth the str/int of the other JC neck? Str adds damage and SP for heals, and int adds spell crit, which is what HW, AS and heals operate on. Ideal rings are 7 str and 4/5 Argas. Foreman's leggings, unless you plan to use dividend to hit cap or RFC pants for crit, which you seem to be ignoring. RBC and ThG for max str in BGs if you want to chest farm. There's also the str/hit axe in chests, which gives you hit capping options, as well as DB ring. Eventually you'll want armor kits and alch with either herb or skin for crit.
DPS prot is simple enough to gear for. Hit cap, str, crit, stam. In that order. Int is mildly useful in that it gives spell crit, but is not worth losing more important stats for.
