SS halp meh plz

so for some reason all my screen shots keep coming out really small and its kinda annoying. can anyone tell me how to make it so you can actually see whats in them?

also how come .gif files dont animate when i upload them?

perhaps resize them during the upload for example use 1024*768 format thingy
