Elixir of Lesser Agility not scaling

ive recently made a 20 monk with p2p rules, i have 150 alch but Recipe: Elixir of Lesser Agility - Item - World of Warcraft isnt scaling up with mixologly i.e still giving 8agi not 16agi.

am i being stupid or is this not scaling up with mixology?

i spoke to mesi and he said bascially not having the recipe learnt on your own alch wont scale it up?

Correct, you need the recipe learned.

I was just giving you a little morsel so you might go look it up for yourself. You don't want me to focus on making you to look like a fool. I have decades of experience making pukes like you look like fools. And I have honed that skill to a fine edge. Now run along and have fun.

@ Dorigon- Thank you, you saved me the trouble of linking it. Although, all he had to do was hit "P" in game, hit the Professions tab and hover over the Alchemy icon. Too much trouble I suppose.
