Hello all. In my opinion leadership is someone who just doesn't say I want to be the leader! NO , leadership is when someone takes command they just don't say oh only us are doing it right and u guys are messing around in mid or your fighting on the roads. No, you got to tell them what to do you just cant point out wht their doing wrong. Others may need guidance so a leader rises and helps. Mainly wht im trying to say tht each server has or had a leader but the leader doesn't consider him or himself a leader but others do and wether tht leader is gone another shall rise and take his or her place. But a leader needs to know wht to do and not ignore others and tell them wht to do instead of telling them wht their doing wrong and wht they can do to fix it. Some of us loss our leaders and were to afraid to take their place but not just one has to be a leader a group many can work together to help the server. Thank you
