There is no official release date as of yet. However we can speculate from the last update that it will be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. I am leaning more towards sooner rather than later myself.

You have to copy and paste the first link when you create the signature. You go to your profile, then where it says edit signature you paste it there.

So looked over the May 14 patch notes and didn't see anything about hit rating getting fixed, but see a lot of posts referring to it being fixed. Can someone enlighten me please?
