Pretty nice mage. You need brilliant necklace though. And since you're arcane I suggest getting noble's girdle for the extra crit. So i'd say 8.5/10 And try PoM for the burst setup. 4 stacks then cast 2 Arcane blasts then a barrage on a nova'd target.

thick bronze necklace> brilliant after scaling and blazing speed > PoM since it offers much better suvivability...
