Are we sure this is not tool tip error? Been gone for a while so this is new to me. But my lvl 10 rogue apparently has 125 hit rating now. Thinking of using chain on what appears to be gimped 24 fury war I'm making.

Yeah I think it still works. I've seen monks and rogues with it.
A fury warrior may need a little more than that to be competitive though.

Yeah I hear that. Prot is lame.
Locks are under powered too but they get cool points in my book.
