Now I know I need to replace my bracers with the new ones, but besides that what do you think? Harsh criticism is accepted And if you have seen me in game, please dont judge me just yet haha. Still getting used to the elemental controls.

PS I will get faction change so i can get the necklace and other boots.

Ok once your bracers, necklace and boots are replaced, I would also get gloves of the hero on horde side as a very good placeholder until/if you get hotshots. Also shield of uncurbed appetite from horde quest is better than your current shield. I would also get Stillwater's signet while faction changed
Again, I really don't understand why people think the goggles are better than BoA cloth helm but they are not

Pick up Yorgen's boon before you go horde, and on horde you should pick up Uncurbed appetite, stilwater's signet, uninsured bracers, overlord's favor, thaalia's slippers.
