From nowhere i heard something about that healers generally will get a small nerf next patch, wich are ok! heals are way to high and to a low cost of mana ! so i wouldnt mind if they would sit somewhere beteween how they used to be in cata and now, somewhere around there would have been good 
This is not confirmed, u may right me if im wrong but this is something ive heard from a couple of players...
This could probbably bring the bracket back, anyways ! Only hardmode seems to recruit again, we had a 10 man bwl raid as u could see in my previous post ^^ Gneta and soulsplit seem to get this going on!
And as now 60s has the same stat as 64 in bgs this are way much better the 64s will probbably die out later on !
