Well.. Here is my dilemma....

I am looking to go all out on intellect 'ere.

I am looking to get;
Parachute cloak
Already got the Spellpower goggles extreme (armory not updated yet
Emissary Cuffs of intellect / Eagle [Not sure??]
2x Charged gear of intellect / eagle [Not sure??]
Acid boots from gnomeregan, (Not sure if Thaalia's is better?)
AGM,
Belt of high shaman
Gloves of the Hero (Hopefully hotshot)
Overlord's favor for hit.

Any tips for what I can improve? And which charged gear + emissary cuffs should I pick?

Get that for your OH if your going horde anyway. You could also use the pvp trinket for 10 hit to get cap.

imo if your aiming for max int then use 2x 9 int rings and 9 int bracers. Also consider boa int trinket instead of agm. Max proffs aswell herb/skinning or w/e.
