5.3 all PVP trinkets have 2 min CD

people have been asking for this for awhile when QQing about the HU racial, blizz first response was to lessen EMFH when they made it 3 minutes, but that didn't last long.and was made 2 min again. some have been asking for at least the BOA trinkets to switch to 2 minutes at 70.

maybe one of the DEVs at blizz was recently leveling a horde player below 70 in BGs and noticed the imbal of 2 min vs 5 min.

i did try posting this in general twinks section, it would not let me create a thread there

this is fine, healing is getting nerfed next patch, making dmg dealers in theory do 20% more dmg since you heal 20% less and you recover 20% more slowly if that makes any sense
