I saw the battle of south shore event and i was amazed at how fun it looked. I would like to start a si8milar event heres the sign up page.
US World PvP Event: Battle for GILNEAS CITY im really looking forward to having fun. Click RSVP then enter your characters name/realm/class and spec. Also please leave a comment here so i can add you to a TI list. If Helped organize the battle for south shore plz help with this. Have fun.
 
I need to talk with some of the twinks on Aerie Peak about this. I have never done this before i just saw the battle for south shore video and was like wow. so yea help me out if yall can
 
I'm not sure, but i guess this will take some time to prepare and stuff.
 
yea, I think its a great place to have a Wpvp event - i mean its a whole city empty for us to have

Wow my bad lol . Im really sorry i just realized what u mean. The BG right? I totally forgot about it . The city can be cross realmed from what i remember and its not a phase its a place any1 can go to. It is not Phased
 
Sadly I know this place is phased for anyone who has done part of the silver pine quest chain or is worg . This is exactly the reason I use it for boting . An awesome idea would be to put like 10 ally and 10 horde ele shamans on a floating island in nag rand the faction with a eleshaman last standing wins
 
I encourage you to run an event if you are interested in doing so, and I would be likely to attend... there are phasing issues with Gilneas though, as others have mentioned. If you want to look for other areas though, go ahead. You may want to fully research your location before posting a signup thread.

Some points to consider when looking for a location are a) whether there are phasing concerns, b) respawn concerns (i.e. the location of the closest Spirit Healers; make sure that you suicide at least once in your planned battle area), c) the presence of NPCs that are hostile to either faction, d) the likelihood of "foot traffic" from other players who could interfere, and e) the ease of getting F2P characters to said location.

I would recommend doing this research and then posting a new thread for signups once you have a full plan together. Good luck to you!

Thank you so much i luv this post - im gonna get my 85 and start scaning for places that are cool and avialible to f2ps. Sorry for wasting thread room and posting like a idiot

The location is likely to be moved but if so i will make sure your spot is preserved - i will also notify you of the new information. Sorry for the inconvience its all my fault
 
Video Master - don't apologize. It is a great idea. Thank you for trying to organize something. I bet others here might have good ideas for locations also. If I am free I will join too.
